As a result of the economic downturn, donations continue to decline for many non profit organizations. In effort to help support our mission, Animal Advocate Television, (produced by Animal Fairy Charities) was recently launched and many times has out performed all other paid program television shows in it's time slot. Because of our Sponsors, advertisers and your donations, we are able to educate our community on animal welfare issues while offering support to those who are in the trenches every day caring for our animals.
Recently Animal Fairy Charities was able to give small grants to BRATS (Badger Rescue Animal Transport Service) - WI, H.O.R.S.E., WI, Second Hand Purrs, WI, Sheboygan County Humane Society, WI, Journey's End Ranch and Sanctuary, NV, ILEHC (Illinois Equine Humane Center), IL and The Crossings Sanctuary, PA.

For those of you who are looking to do more to help animals in 2010, below is a brief description of our current campaigns where you can lend your voice to the cause or donate to help with food, shelter, medical and/or transportation for our animals in need.
Animal Foster Care Awareness Campaign
Fostering can make the difference between life and death for that animal.
When you foster, you're saving lives..two at a time. You're giving a home to the animal that was caged and opening up cage space for another that can be saved.
Our Animal Foster Care Awareness Campaign is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of fostering animals. You can learn more about fostering by logging on to Animal Advocate Television. Race horses, Ponies, Show Horses, Wild Horses, Burros
Approximately 100,000 young and healthy American horses are slaughtered each year for the sole purpose of wealthy dinner plates overseas. On January 15th, 2009, The 111th Congress introduced The Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act H.R.503/S727 with strong commitment to move this legislation through the process as quickly as possible and spare horses (both domestic and wild) the cruel fate of slaughter for foreign dinner plates. You can also help us rescue and support some of these horses caught up in the pipeline.
Your donation will help save some of the horses from this cruel fate and aid in the funding needed to place them and care for them at horse rescues across the country. Horse rescue facilities are in desperate need of funds for feed, medical care, shelter and transportation. Our mission is to help by way of financial assistance those shelters who need it most. Animal Fairy Charities raises and distributes funds in support of the missions of other animal non-profit organizations using a federated (i.e. United Way) method.
