Ratings Soar for Animal Advocate Television

Dear Friends,

This past weekend's Animal Advocate Television Show out performed most all paid programming TV shows on network television during our Sunday morning time slot!!

What exactly does that mean? Lots of folks are tuning in to watch the show and that's exciting news considering it takes a good amount of time to build an audience! We're getting a mass amount of viewers from the Wisconsin are as well as from around the country via our show website.

Thanks to all of you who have helped us spread the word via your websites, email marketing campaigns, word of mouth and affiliates.

We are looking forward to consistent good ratings and hope that you will also continue to help us spread the word!

Fostering can make the difference between life and death for that animal.
When you foster, you're saving lives..two at a time. You're giving a home to the animal that was caged and opening up cage space for another that can be saved.

Our Animal Foster Care Awareness Campaign is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of fostering animals. Race horses, Ponies, Show Horses, Wild Horses, Burros
Approximately 100,000 young and healthy American horses are slaughtered each year for the sole purpose of wealthy dinner plates overseas. On January 15th, 2009, The 111th Congress introduced The Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act H.R.503/S727 with strong commitment to move this legislation through the process as quickly as possible and spare horses (both domestic and wild) the cruel fate of slaughter for foreign dinner plates. You can also help us rescue and support some of these horses caught up in the pipeline.
Your donation will help save some of the horses from this cruel fate and aid in the funding needed to place them and care for them at horse rescues across the country. Horse rescue facilities are in desperate need of funds for feed, medical care, shelter and transportation. America is in a crisis. The economy is still sluggish, people are out of work and Congress is still trying to find their way. All that said, we continue to witness individuals and organizations coming together for various animal welfare issues sending a message loud and clear that we must not forget about our animals.

One of Wisconsin's finest animal rescue platforms gets a new home today.

Animal Advocate Television, Wisconsin's premier animal welfare television show, starts airing today on CBS affiliate WMLW.

The show aims to raise awareness for animal shelters and horse rescues, encourage the public to foster and adopt homeless animals; the show will also inform animal lovers about state and federal animal welfare legislation.

The show is a project of Animal Fairy Charities, Inc., of Franklin, an all volunteer Wisconsin based 501c3 non-profit organization focusing on companion animal safety and welfare.

Animal Advocate Television is sponsored by Central Bark USA, Ceasar's Pet, Animal Campus and Fetch Magazine.You can see the show every Sunday morning at 10AM on WMLW starting today. You can also view the show online .

WFLF Humanion Films is pleased to announce that Animal Advocate Television (AATV) will be running a promotional spot in support of “Saving America’s Horses A Nation Betrayed”.

AATV Wisconsin's premier animal welfare television show begins airing on March 21 2010, on CBS affiliate WMLW. The show aims to raise awareness for animal shelters and horse rescues, encourage the public to foster and adopt and will inform and educate on state and federal animal welfare legislation as well as encourage parents to teach children compassion at an early age.

During each show AATV's host, Debra Lopez will include a segment called Legislative/Advocacy. During this segment the show covers two main bills, the HR 503, the Prevention of Equine Cruelty Act and the state puppymill bill. The promotional clip for “Saving America’s Horses A Nation Betrayed” will be shown during the Legislative segment of the show. As a lifelong friend to horses, and Co Founder of Americans Against Horse Slaughter, Debra Lopez has vowed to cover the horse slaughter bill on her show until this legislation passes.

WFLF Humanion Films salutes Animal Advocate Television for their support of this import CAUSE. The horse slaughter issue is heating up and the proponents have been very aggressive in their misleading promotion of this insidious industry. We have been working around the clock in the trenches and on the front lines as we investigate and document this issue.
